Desiccant Dehumidification:
A Simple Solution to an Old Problem

dehu_03.gifDesiccant dehumidification provides a simple solution to your humidity problems. With our Desiccant Dehumidifiers, a solid desiccant rotor absorbs moisture from process air. Heat is used to "reactivate" the desiccant. So why use Desiccant Technology?
  • Very dry air can be achieved.
  • Better thermodynamic efficiency because no change of phase (condensation) is necessary.
  • Simple construction for the basic dehumidifier, because it only includes two fans, a heater and the desiccant rotor assembly.
  • Simple maintenance by replacing filters regularly and performance is assured. A yearly inspection by our service technicians is recommended.

Better Humidity Control Through Intelligent Design

humidity_01.jpgWe're proud to say that our Humidity Control Equipment is vastly superior to other units simply because of the intelligent design we've put into them. Both performance and efficiency were emphasized during the design process. As a result, our unit was developed with the following features:

Better Construction:
Double-wall insulated casing suitable for indoor or outdoor use.

Modern Controls: Includes standard intelligent microprocessor controller with "Fail Capable" mode and BACtalk® capability for full building intetgration.

More Volume: Units range from 500 to 25,000 CFM.

More Flexibility: Total system integration is availabe including heating, cooling, enthalpy recovery and special filtration. Even custom configurations are available to meet unique project requirements. Units are capable of running on electric, natural gas and propane.

More Support: Application engineering assistance, preventative maintenance programs, start-up and owner / operator training are available.
